1. Scope of Application
When you use this software for iPhone OBS camera and NDI streaming, this software may automatically receive and record information on your mobile phone, including but not limited to language used, access date and time, software and hardware characteristics information related to OBS Studio connection and camera settings, etc.
Important: All video and camera data is processed locally between your iPhone/iPad and OBS Studio. We do not collect, store, or transmit any video content to external servers.
2. Use of Information
The information collected is used solely to improve app functionality and user experience for OBS Studio streaming and iPhone camera integration. This includes:
- • Optimizing camera connection stability (USB and NDI)
- • Improving app performance and compatibility with OBS Studio
- • Fixing bugs and technical issues
- • Understanding feature usage to enhance the app
No Cloud Storage: All data processing occurs locally on your device. We do not upload your information to external servers or generate any cloud-based data.
3. Disclosure of Information
- a) This software will not disclose your information to untrusted third parties.
- b) Disclose to third parties or administrative and judicial institutions in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, or as required by administrative or judicial institutions;
- c) If you violate relevant laws, regulations, or related rules of China, it is necessary to disclose to third parties;
4. Information Storage and Exchange
The limited information collected (such as app settings and usage statistics) is stored locally on your device. Any minimal data that may be collected for app improvement purposes is handled with strict privacy controls.
Local Processing Only: Your iPhone OBS camera video streams, camera settings, and connection data are processed entirely on your device and computer. No video content or camera data is transmitted to external servers or stored in the cloud.
5. Information Security
a) When using this software network service for online transactions, you inevitably have to disclose your personal information to the counterparty or potential counterparty, such as contact information or postal address. Please properly protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, please contact this software customer service immediately so that this software can take corresponding measures.
6. Face Data Processing
a) Collection of face data: Although photos taken by users may contain facial images, our application does not specifically collect, analyze, or process facial data in the photos. When using your iPhone as OBS camera or iPad for streaming, all video content is transmitted directly to OBS Studio and is not stored by our application.
b) Use of face data: We do not use, analyze, or process facial information that may be contained in photos in any way. Photos are only used as content for users' personal use for OBS Studio streaming and will not be used by the application for any other purpose.
c) Data sharing and storage: We will not upload any photos or facial data they may contain to servers or share them with any third parties. All video streaming occurs directly between your iPhone/iPad and OBS Studio via USB connection or NDI network.
d) Data retention period: The saving and deletion of photos is completely controlled by the user. Users can choose to save photos to their device gallery and can delete these photos at any time.
e) User control: We respect users' complete control over their photos and personal data. Users can delete any photos taken using our application at any time through the standard photo management functions of their device.
